Proefnotitie
Prachtig geel met groene reflecties, delicaat bouquet van rode appels en verse kruiden. In de mond fascinerend, zuiver en koel met een fijn mineraal spel. Krachtige zuurstructuur verbonden met fijn-kruidige afdronk.

The 2022 Rüdesheim Estate represents the purity and flintiness of the terroir here intertwined with bright and elegant, slightly flinty and rocky-scented fruit. Dense and savory on the palate, this is a concentrated, grippy, still young, firm and slightly astringent Riesling that needs more time to develop than the Lorcher. It's a serious dry Rüdesheim Riesling. 11.5% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in September 2023.

Still very youthful, this sleek yet juicy dry riesling needs some aeration to open up the white tree-fruit aromas. Plenty of lime-zest freshness at the energetic finish, where the firm structure shows its hand. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification.

Gegrilde vis en zeevruchten – begeleidt ook uitstekend de verfijnde Aziatische keuken en zoetzure gerechten.
De wijn
De druiven voor deze Orts-riesling komen uit verschillende Rüdesheimer wijngaarden die voornamelijk worden gekenmerkt door kwartsiet- en leisteenbodem en kleiachtige kiezels.
